1. Returns and Refunds
You may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To maintain our quality standards, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging remain intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at help@maisonalder.shop with your order number.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after the returned item arrives at our facility.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a Maison Alder error (incorrect or defective item).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise for a specific error on our part.
3. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards and digital downloads.
- Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs incurred.
Maison Alder reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above. Our goal is to ensure a fair experience for all our patrons.
